Welcome to Armada Supplements! We’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your supplements.


Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or new product launches), processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

    • Standard (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.95.
    • Expedited (1–2 business days): $14.95 flat rate.
  • International Shipping:

    • Available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or regions where supplement importation is restricted.
  • Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to local regulations or carrier restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at Armadasupplements@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
